Smith Road is reported as being closed, in between the areas of Highway 58 and Ooltewah-Georgetown Road, on Wednesday, April 2nd, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for maintenance as a storm pipe is replaced per the Hamilton County Highway Department.
Travelers driving this route may want to leave earlier to ensure that they arrive on-time due to the detour. The residents who dwell on Smith Road will be allowed access to come and go from their houses.
