Jimmy Lamar Croy age 74 of Sylvania, Alabama, passed away at his residence on August 21, 2025. No services are planned at this time.
Survivors include wife, Janice Bruce Croy, son, Stacey, daughter, Freida, along with extended family and a host of friends.
Mr. Croy was a loving husband and a life long farmer who enjoyed breaking and working mules. He was affectionately known a “Mile Skinner”. He was preceded in death by his father, Allen Lester Croy Sr., mother, Ada Katherine Thompson Croy and step-son, Milton McGuire.
