Gayla Louise Lynch, 59, a lifelong resident of Trenton and Sand Mountain, passed away on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Gayla was born on January 9, 1967 and was a graduate of Northwest Georgia High School. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church and was employed as a clerk at the Main St. Market in Trenton. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Mark Lynch, father, Hoyt Casey, sister-in-law, Patricia Casey, and father-in-law, Jimmy Lynch.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Matt Lynch and Casey Nicole “Nikki” Lynch; mother, Loraine Gass; sister, Brenda Casey; brothers, Mark & Mike Casey; bonus family, Dennis, Gabe, & Destiny Noggle; many friends, nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 1st at 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with interment to follow in Sarah’s Chapel Cemetery.
