Jimmy “James” Graham

Jimmy “James” Graham, age 58, of Cornersville, TN, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer. He faced his illness with strength, dignity, and grace, never losing the kindness and warmth that defined his life.

Jimmy was deeply devoted to his work in the transportation business, where he found true joy in serving others. More than a profession, it was his calling. He loved people, loved conversation, and had a rare gift for making others smile—even on their hardest days. Whether offering a helping hand, a listening ear, or a kind word, Jimmy was always there for those around him.

Known for his generous heart and selfless spirit, he believed in showing up for people without being asked. His life was marked by compassion, hard work, and an unwavering desire to make the world a little better than he found it.

Above all else, Jimmy will be remembered for his kindness, his laughter, and the way he made people feel seen and valued. His legacy lives on in the countless lives he touched through his work, his friendships, and his genuine love for others.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Graham Sr. (Betty); his mother, Patricia White Lee (Kenneth); his great-grandparents, E.B. Graham and Lorene Graham, and Earl and Georgia White (Bill); and his step-sisters, Janie Mullins and Tina Mullins.

He is survived by his life partner, Rod Landers; his sister, Lisa Johnson; brother, Robert Graham; half-brother, Matthew Graham; step-brothers, Jimmy D. Mullins, Jason Elliott and Dois Elliott; along with many friends, colleagues, and members of the community who will miss him dearly.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, February 8th at 2:00 p.m. EST in the funeral home chapel with Steve Wade officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Lawn Memorial Park, Bryant, AL. The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 7th from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. until the funeral hour at Ryan Funeral Home & Crematory, Trenton, GA.
