Norma “Peg” Sizemore, age 85, of LaFayette GA, went to be with the Lord on January 16th, 2026. She was born on July 15th 1940 to William A. and Lula Mae Pouncey in Beaumont, Texas though she was raised in Luverne Alabama.
Peg is survived by her Children; Jimmy Huett, Lynn Huett, Clay (Starr) Sizemore and bonus daughter Michelle Culver (Jesse). Grandchildren, Jordan Marsh (DJ), Karee Marsh, Sydney Sizemore, Carson Sizemore, and bonus granddaughter, Kaleigh Green (Ryan). Great Grandchildren; Jadyn, Josiah, Remi and Journi. Sister in Law Sharon Pouncey, Nephews, Andy Koerner (Virgene) and Brett Pouncey Jay Hughes (Ashley) & William Sanders (Jessica). Nieces; Tammy Koerner, Jennifer Koerner, Staci (Dale) Coley, Toni (Jimmy) Williams Valerie (Jay) Kyzar as well as many great nieces and nephews she loved and was so proud of as well as so many True Friends that to list, would be impossible.
She was preceded in death by the love of her life J.C. Sizemore, both Parents, William and Lula Mae Pouncey. Sisters, Nan Sanders, Bobbie Koerner and brother Billie Pouncey.
She will be remembered for her love of the LORD, Her faith, HER FAMILY, Racing, Golf and Auburn Football. She loved her family and friends as well as strangers, and she loved hard!
A Celebration of life will be held on January 31st at 1 PM at Second Baptist Church in LaFayette, GA.
