William Lynn “Poppa Lynn” Pittman age 65 of Bryant, AL died on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at his residence. No formal services are planned at this time.
Lynn was born on July 6, 1960 in Trenton, GA to parents, George William and Barbara Ann Harrell Pittman. He was a 1978 graduate of South Pittsburgh High School and had worked as a Boilermaker and Butcher at Red Food Store. He had a number of grandchildren, but was known as “Poppa Lynn” by many other children whom he loved and they loved him.
Survivors include his wife, Reba Barnes Pittman, daughters, Angela Chance, Nicole Hall(Stanley), sons, Joseph Owens, Sean Pittman(Stephanie), sister, Deana Pittman Slemp, brother, David Pittman(Becky), along with several grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Bobby Pittman.
